Ukulele Mutt Creative also hand builds ukuleles. Each ukulele body, neck and head woods are built from found material, consequently our landfill are less full. For the most part the found materials are scrounged from pallet wood or the neighborhood hardware store. One ukulele is even made from a tin cover! Fingerboards, frets, tuners and strings are bought online or from the local music stores. Danish oil, clear spray can lacquer and even brushed varnish are some of the finishes used in Mutt Creative’s ukuleles. 

Mutt Creative has no formal luthier training, but in spite of this, sold two commissioned ukuleles.
